Chris Fanger, Founder & General Contractor. Originally from Oregon, Chris Fanger brings a lifelong passion for craftsmanship and a no-nonsense work ethic to Central Texas. With years of hands-on construction experience and a deep respect for his clients' time, budgets, and homes, Chris founded Oak Hills Construction to deliver a better kind of remodeling experience—one built on trust, communication, and pride in every detail.
